Role overview
The Information Manager apprenticeship at Level 4 trains you to manage the information and records used by an organisation to ensure they are accurate, accessible, legally compliant, and properly retained or disposed of in line with policy. You will implement information management frameworks, advise colleagues on data governance, and oversee the lifecycle of physical and digital records. It leads to records manager, information governance officer, and knowledge management roles across public and private sectors.
