Role overview
The HR Support apprenticeship at Level 3 trains you to deliver effective human resources services across the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, pay and benefits administration, and HR policy guidance. You will act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR queries, providing accurate advice and maintaining people records. It leads to HR advisor, HR business partner, and people operations roles and supports CIPD Level 3 qualification.
