Role overview
The Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship at Level 3 trains you to safely install, test, commission, and maintain electrical wiring systems in domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work to BS 7671 Wiring Regulations, install cable containment, wiring, sockets, distribution boards, and lighting, and carry out inspection and testing of completed installations. It is one of the most in-demand trade qualifications in the UK and leads to roles as a qualified electrician with self-employment or employed progression.
